Over & Unders is a discovery and aggregation platform. We surface product listings from third-party retailers; we do not sell, ship, or warrant any merchandise. All purchases are completed on the retailer's site under their terms.
3. Pricing & Availability
Prices, sizes, and availability are provided by retailers and may change without notice. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Intellectual Property
The Over & Unders name, brand, and original content are our property. Product imagery and descriptions remain the property of their respective retailers and brands.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Over & Unders disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
